Lead and Asbestos Inspection Services
It is the intent of the City to obtain bids to establish a blanket contract under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The work specified herein shall be the inspection, sampling, testing, analysis, and reporting of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) at the locations of the subject properties by competent persons who are trained, knowledgeable, qualified, and certified/licensed in the techniques of inspecting, obtaining samples, handling, and testing for the presence of asbestos and providing a report in preparation for asbestos abatement, and eventual demolition or rehabilitation of the subject structure(s) under the laws.
