Lead Stator Assemblies
To supplyTransport Services with New Genuine Delco Remy OEM Flex Lead Stator Assemblies, Kirks Automotive Flex Lead or Approved Equal on an as required basis. This is a five (5) year fixed price contract with an economic price adjustment for years three (3) through five (5). Prices shall be firm for the first two (2) years. Pricing for years three (3) through five (5) will be determined with the consumer price index (CPI) as a cap or ceiling to insure price reasonableness.
