Lead Paint Abatement
The Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the State of Delaware (State) to
create a vendor pool (Pool) of certified lead-based paint abatement contractors
(Contractors). This Pool of Contractors will have the opportunity to perform lead-based paint
interim controls projects for property owners (Property Owner) using labor that is
100% paid for by the State for a limited period of time.
