The Office is seeking to retain environmental lead inspection services to determine lead-based paint hazards for owners of residential property in the City. The Office, through its Acquisition & Rehabilitation Loan Fund, is offering financial assistance to income eligible property owners with children under the age of 6-yrs old to make improvements to ensure children are protected from lead paint hazards. The Office requests proposals from state Certified and Licensed Environmental Lead Inspectors.
