Lead Draw Fence Project on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest
Quotes are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Lead Draw Fence Construction project located on the Westside Ranger District, Caribou-Targhee National Forest in Idaho. The project consists of construction of approximately 1.3 miles of four wire fence with steel T-posts placed 16 feet apart with a wood stay in between the steel posts There will be at least five 12 foot wide wire gates and numerous H and corner braces of various design. Where the fence line crosses riparian areas, the posts will be placed on 10 foot centers and a top rail will be used instead of a top wire.
This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Quote. The approximate start work date will be the May 13, 2019. Quotes are due at 1:00 p.m. MST, April 24, 2019. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately March 25, 2019 and may be downloaded from this site at that time.
