Lead Coach
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from qualified professionals seeking to serve as the lead coach providing guidance to a team of executive coaches for the 18-month program scheduled to commence with meetings in summer 2010 and proceed through February or March of 2012.
The program is a signature executive development program of a performance-driven organizational investment program and change strategy designed to help the affordable housing and community development field build capacity and to reposition organizations for the next 5-10 years by focusing on seasoned executive leaders. While most of these leaders are executive directors, approximately 20% are either second-in-commands, chief operating officers or similar positions.
