The Public Art Program and the Department of Utilities and Environmental Protection (UEP) are seeking submissions from artist(s) with established public art, community engagement and design team experience, to act as Lead Artist on a new program, WATERSHED+. The selected artist(s) will establish the WATERSHED+ program through an estimated 18 month pilot project slated to begin in Spring 2011.

To ensure full consideration, proponents must follow all instructions in Request for Proposal file.
