Lead, Asbestos, Mold Services
The City of Port St. Lucie, Florida solicits proposals from qualified professional Lead, Asbestos and Mold Inspection Specialists, and other professionals, registered to practice in the State of Florida for the purpose of providing Lead, Asbestos and Mold Inspection Services for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and other possible City projects. The number of properties may vary from one at a time to multiples at a time. The Lead, Asbestos and Mold Inspection firm(s) must be a Certified Lead, Asbestos and Mold Inspection Company and have been in the Lead, Asbestos and Mold Inspection business for a minimum of three (3) years. Accepted certifications are Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), Indoor Air Quality Council (IAQC) or the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning or Restoration Certification (IICRC).
