Lawn & Landscape Maintenance, Snow Removal & De-icing Services

Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Services shall be from March 1 through November 30. Approximate area 90,000 sq ft. Snow Removal & De-icing Services shall generally be from November 1 through March 31. Approximate area 28,000 sq ft (18,000 sq ft of parking lot). Contractors may bid separately on the lawn & landscape maintenance and the snow removal & de-icing service; however, contractors that bid on all of the services will be considered first.
