This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued to survey the market for viable law enforcement Records Management System (RMS) solutions and other related information.
Currently the participating agencies in the County utilize a RMS solution which has been in place
since 2000. While this solution continues to meet the day-to-day base requirements of the agencies, the agencies have identified a number of desirable features not contained in the current software and have determined to seek information on alternative software solutions which might better meet the agencies’ current and future needs.
