Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (Navy CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on September 6, 2017. Item is not critical application neither is export control applies. Item production requirement is in accordance with Breeze-Eastern Corporation; Cage 08484, Part Number-14488-3 requirements.
Required delivery objective is 150 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
