This is a solicitation notice for a procurement of a Laser Cutter System. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK.
Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date state on page 1 of the solicitation. No late quotes can be accepted.

Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a.
Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively.
Please insert pricing on Page 3-9 along with net amount & delivery times.
Please complete information in ALL "Fill-in" provisions and clauses. Not all provisions and clauses appear in the Rep/Certs under the company information in SAM. Per instructions, please review each page of the Solicitation and mark/input accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor FBO on a regular basis for any amendments.
