Lanyards with custom logos for US Army Marketing and Research Group, Fort Knox, KY
MICC - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for lanyards with an estimated quantity of 2,000,000 per year. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract for lanyards, Personal Presentation Items (PPIs) 151, 504, and 674 for the period of 15 November 2015 through 14 November 2016 with two one-year option periods for the Army Marketing and Research Group (AMRG), Fort Knox, Kentucky. Lanyard shall be black with custom logo and constructed of high quality flat polyester material. The weave of lanyard material must be tight, no loose threads or snags and the completed product measures approximately ¾" W x 18-7/8" L with a convenient side squeeze buckle for releasing the lower segment for card swiping and keyless entry systems. The strap must have plastic break away clip that shall fasten behind the neck 1" to 1 ½" long. Lanyard shall have a detachable buckle at the end with a heavy-duty nickel-plated. This requirement is set aside for 8(a) competitive offers. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered Contractors shall comply with the Buy American Act and Berry Amendment for textile. In order to be Berry Amendment complaint, all processing/manufacturing of this product must be done in the US and all of the material must be domestically sourced. NAICS is 315990.
