TI-SOW-15B-002 Landscaping
I. EXTEND OF WORK
TIJCC seeks a vendor to provide landscaping services as described below:
Trim all hedges, shrubs, ivy, and trees throughout the entire Center (see attached Center Map). The only exception are the big trees facing California Avenue at Avenue C.
Remove all fallen tree limbs.
Remove all weeds throughout the Center except those growing on grass lawns. The vendor shall notify the TIJCC Maintenance Manager at least 24 hours in advance of herbicide application. The notice shall specify any precautions that should be taken by TIJCC personnel and will include an MSDS for all chemicals.
Each week use a blower on the leaves surrounding each Building and on the student avenue in front of the Center Director's Office, the Cafeteria and Buildings 367, 366, and 365.
All landscaped areas will be inspected for trash and debris. All trash and debris will be picked up on the day the work is performed. All cuttings and debris generated during routine maintenance operations will be exported and disposed of offsite.
A mandatory bid walk is scheduled for October 1st, 2015 at 1:00 pm, October 2nd, 2015 at 1:00 pm (Mandatory). I look forward to seeing you there. Only vendor who attends the bid walk can bid.
