Landscaping and Groundskeeping Management Services

The Contractor shall provide Landscaping and Grounds keeping management services as requested by the State. Contractor shall perform all services in accordance with all rules and regulations as stipulated . Landscaping and Grounds keeping services include, but are not limited to the following: mowing, debris collection, irrigation, vegetation maintenance and trimming, sweeping, cleaning and maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots and roadways, tree removal, tree, palm and shrub trimming, maintaining water features, ground cover, weed control, fertilization, soil conditioners and additives and physical planting of any new vegetation required by the Hospital. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, chemicals and vehicles necessary to provide the required services. All equipment, machinery and space used shall be solely for the support of the Hospital.
