Landscaping and Gardening Services
Landscaping and Gardening Services are required for U. S. Government office and residence locations.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract.
The pre-quotation conference will be held on March 14,2019 at 10 a.m. at the US Embassy, Nairobi, Kenya. Prospective bidders should submit their names and ID/Passport numbers March 08, 2019 11 a.m. to NairobiGSO-contracts@state.gov to make appropriate arrangements for access for the conference.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
