Landscaping Services for Neighborhood
In general, the work includes but is not limited to mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing, aerating, dethatching, water management and irrigation maintenance and repair of equipment, maintenance and repair of parks and playground equipment, sweeping, litter removal, pest control, pesticide application, and maintenance of fencing, pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian trails and related appurtenant work complete and as required in accordance with these Contract Documents
