Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Services
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment for landscaping and grounds maintenance services. Services shall be provided from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 with three (3) one (1) year options. Contractor shall provide a phasing plan schedule detailing on how project will be executed. Any deviations from the following must receive written approval from the GSA Project Manger or Contracting Officer.
