Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance Services
The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to solicit Request for Proposals for a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services at the Anchorage Federal Building, Mod G, and the Historic Federal Building, all located in Anchorage, Alaska. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, manpower, subcontracts, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services; in a responsible, cost effective, environmentally friendly manner.

This requirement will be procured in accordance with Uniform Contract Format, under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Successful offeror will be required to be actively registered in Systems Acquisition Management (SAM) prior to award. Offerors not already registered in SAM database are highly encouraged to register via Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
