The Departments are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for an Agreement with a qualified Proposer that can provide Inmate Telephone System (ITS) and Services to the Department’s Custody and Detention Facilities and the Probation Department’s Detention and Camp Facilities. The System shall be used by inmates and detainees in the Department’s Custody and Detention Facilities and juvenile detainees in Probation Department’s Detention and Camp Facilities.
