The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this solicitation for Landscaping and Erosion Control at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Tracy, California. This is a firm-fixed priced request for quote with base plus option tasks.

Solicitation: This solicitation will not be issued in a hard copy format.
Award Determination: The purchase order will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsive and responsible Woman Owned Small Business. Basis for award is price alone.
Past Performance: The Government will review offeror's past performance information to assess contractor responsibility.
Price: Contractor shall provide a Firm-Fixed price for each CLIN. Price will be based on the grand total for the base and all option tasks.
All prospective vendors are required to register at the System for Award Management website, (www.sam.gov). SAM now requires new and renewal applications to include a notarized letter confirming the entity's Administrator that is authorized to register the entity in the SAM database, or to make changes to its registration. The Federal government cannot award a contract to any vendors not listed in SAM.
