HACSC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform Landscaping Maintenance
Services to all the properties listed in Attachment B, Property List, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference. Contractor submitting a proposal must hold an active
C27 license at the time of making the proposal, and at the award of the contract.
