Landscape Maintenance Services
TERM CONTRACT SHALL COVER TWO (2) YEARS WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR THREE I-YEAR TERMS AS
MUTUALLY AGREED BY BOTH CONTRACTING PARTIES.
The landscaping consists of approximately 3.5 Acre of Bermuda grass, Several Large
Oak Trees, and several smaller Trees in Parking Islands. There are four existing flower
beds consisting of approximately 300 square feet. Several Shrubs also exist including
Ligustrum, Red Tip Photinia, Indian Hawthorn, etc. All varieties and plant quantities
must be verified by the maintenance contractor. The landscaping also is irrigated and
consists of twelve zones. There is no Irrigation Plan for reference and the components
must also be verified by the maintenance contractor.
