Landscape Improvements

The work to be perfomed, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials required to perform the Work for the landscape improvements. Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, tree, stump and root removal; trenching; relocating street lights and replacing street light conduit and conductors; earthwork removal; topsoil import; grading and staking; site preparation; removal of hazardous soil; installing irrigation and landscape materials, and traffic control as required, and all incidental and related work.
