Landscape/Mowing Services

Mowing of approximately 27 acres, weed control spraying, debris pickup, and walking trail maintenance. Additional work may be requested on an as needed basis.
Pine Run MSTU services include:
DRA mowing, roadway median mowing, shrubbery trimming, debris removal and fence line spraying. Additional work may be requested on an as needed basis.
The initial term of the contract will be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) subsequent annual one-year periods for a total of five (5) years.
A separate contractor may be selected for each subdivision, however no more than one (1) contractor will be selected per subdivision. It is possible for one contractor to be awarded both portions of this contract.
