The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain proposals for landfill operations and composting operations. Interested entities may submit Proposals to either or both services to the City. While the Contractor selected to operate the City (“City”) Landfill will operate the scale facility, disposal rates will be approved by the City’s Board of Directors and all revenue will be collected by the City. The City will deduct its royalty payment and any state or local fees from the total revenue and pay the remaining amount to the Landfill Contractor.
