Landfill Monitoring & Reporting
There are two main components of the work covered by this RFP. The landfill monitoring services are specified in this RFP document. In addition to the work outlined in this document, the successful consulting firm will also be required to provide general landfill engineering services. The consultant is asked to provide hourly rates for the staff that would be providing such services.
