Landcare Facility Existing Site/Building Demolition
Mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 7, 2009.
The Work includes demolition of existing bituminous one story building. The site consists of an approximately 18,600 sf building on
approximately 0.67 acres. The building was constructed in several phases with CMU walls, wood joist and
steel beams and steel joist. The work shall include the demolition and removal of the bituminous paving and
existing building and associated footing, foundations and underground utility lines that are abandon by the
utility service companies. Contractor shall coordinate the demolition schedule with the utility services
