The County is seeking the assistance of a qualified consultant to prepare
an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Land Use and Circulation Elements Update for
the rural, unincorporated portions of the county, together with the Climate Action Plan for all
unincorporated areas. The EIR will address the items identified in the attached scope of work.
