Land Use Master Plan
University is seeking Professional Consulting Services for the preparation of a Comprehensive Master Plan, specifically the 2010-2015 Campus Master Plan. The work will consist of a sequenced ten year presentation format of the Campus Master Plan including but not limited to, Future Land Use, Academic Facilities, Support Facilities, Housing, Recreation, Open Space, General Infrastructure, Utilities, Intergovernmental Coordination, Transportation and Capital Improvements. This Master Plan will also incorporate the following reports: A) Campus Landscaping Master Plan B) Facilities Audit Assessment C) Closing the Gaps Texas Higher Education Plan
