Land Use Consultant
The Organization is requesting proposals for land use consulting services to prepare an updated Conditional Use Master Plan (CUMS) application and provide technical support to organization staff on the updated Comprehensive Capital Master Plan (Capital Master Plan). The land use planning work involves submitting the updated Capital Master Plan for City conditional use and environmental review and approval.
