Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Equipment Move
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4855-14-Q-0003 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20140528, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2014-0528.
This requirement is for the acquisition of non-personal services to provide Astro 25 7.7 Master Site Relocation Services to Cannon AFB, NM in strict accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). Reference the attached document for CLIN description, bid schedule, and clauses. You can find the attachment on FedBiz Opps, at https://www.fbo.gov.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Small Business Size Standard is $10,000,000. This acquisition is set-aside 100 percent for small business. All interested parties must provide a quote by the time specified below in order to be considered for award. Quotation packages shall include all data and information requested in and shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions found in the "Instructions to Offeror" (FAR 52.212-1). Non-conformance with any of the instructions will result in quote being ineligible for award.
Quotations shall be accompanied by a completed FAR 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications and other provisions/clauses required to be filled in from the solicitation. The government's preferred method for fulfilling this requirement is electronic Representations and Certifications. This can be accomplished by registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov and completing the on-line Representations and Certifications. All prospective awardees are required to register in the System for Award Management and retain active registration throughout the life of the agreement.
The offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor to provide Astro 25 7.7 Master Site Relocation Services to Cannon AFB and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral quotes will not be accepted). This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in one (1) firm fixed price contract.
