Land Management Services
The Contractor shall be capable of providing miscellaneous land management services as broadly outlined below. Based on the offerors’ proposals, the City may select a range of services that best suit the needs of the program and budget capacity. Due to the reactive nature of land management activities performed in response to natural or unnatural events and upcoming transition to a more holistic approach through the Habitat Conservation Plan, offerors should submit a flexible menu of services that can be performed as needed. The City reserves the right to add and remove services as its needs change.
