Land Acquisition, Relocation Assistance & Property Management
The AGENCY is seeking a Vendor to provide turnkey acquisition, relocation assistance and property management services for the purpose of building the Airport (SSA). As of June 30, 2011, the AGENCY purchased and is managing over 2,400 acres of land. Currently, there are 20 active residential leases and all available agricultural land (1,908 acres) is leased. The inaugural airport site encompasses approximately 5,385 acres, with 59 parcels to be purchased and could someday include over 20,000 acres in the ultimate configuration.
