Lamonta Compound Historic Window Repair/Replacement
This project is to repair or replace wood window components on the historic buildings at Lamonta Compound. Work includes but may not be limited to removing all paint from all windows, sashes, and frames. Treating wood components with wood filler and sanding as necessary to restore like new finish. If wood is weathered beyond repair, replace in kind. Replace all broken, cracked or hazed glazing that cannot be cleaned. Remove and replace all glazing putty on all windows. Install on interior of all reconstructed windows within heated spaces clear acrtlic storm windows with wooden frames and EDPM gasket materials.

NOTE: All windows and all painted surfaces on the buildings are known to contain lead based paint.
Contractors must possess an Oregon LBPR Contractor's License in order to be considered for this project.
Note 2: Fire Protection and Suppression (R6-FS-6300-52) as listed in the List of Attachments has been removed from this solicitation as they do not apply.
