Lake Walking Trail

Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, providing all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the construction of one mile of eight foot wide concrete walking trail around the lake, the construction of a kayak/canoe launch facility including access road, and a fishing pier. The work will include, but is not limited to, clearing, grading, base and paving installation, storm drain installation, installation and maintenance of erosion & sediment control best management practices, vinyl sheet piling installation, sidewalk installation, backfill, dressing, and grassing. The trail will have several rest areas with benches, trashcans, and bike racks installed by the successful contractor.
