The Chequamegon-Nicolet, Huron-Manistee, Hiawatha and Ottawa anticipates an opportunity to provide Architect and Engineering Services within the Lake States National Forests.

This work will include services relating to roads, trails, bridges, and stream crossings.


The Forest Service anticipates award of up to four (4) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity basic contracts for a period not to exceed five years, with a maximum cumulative total of $5,000,000.00. Individual task orders will be issued against a contract as program needs arise. The yearly task order totals may not necessarily be divided evenly among the awardees. The government guarantees to purchase a minimum of $5,000.00 in services for the contract period. During the period specified the Government shall place task orders totaling a minimum of $5,000.00, but not in excess of $250,000.00 per individual task order. This solicitation is being set aside for Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541330. The Small Business Administration size standard is $15 million


Contracts may be awarded specifically for Zone 1 which is Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Zone 2 which is Lower Michigan or a combination of both. Only firms licensed in Michigan and/or Wisconsin will be considered. Estimated contract award date is on or about May 15, 2018.


Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule.
