Lake County Continuing Services RFP
Provide continuing services for assigned tasks related, but not limited to, the Countys road, parks, and building projects. The service involves performing a variety of environmental tasks on an as needed basis, which includes, site and field investigations and preparation of associated reports, plans and permits. The consultant shall perform services, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
a.Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Phase I Studies. b.Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Phase II Studies. c.Wetland Delineation Investigation and Survey. d.Biological Surveys for protected and endangered species. e. Regulatory permitting including but not limited to the following agencies: Federal
Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Water Management District
(WMD), Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, etc. f. Site Remediation and cleanup for contaminated sites, including permitting with
FDEP. g.Any other related environmental survey or study services as needed.
