Laboratory Systems - Accounts Receivable/Billing
The State is seeking a contractor to provide, customize, implement, train staff, support and maintain a laboratory accounts receivable/billing solution. The State is seeking either a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) laboratory accounts receivable/billing system or a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployment that will deliver up-to-date and industry-proven (inside and outside the laboratory) accounts receivable/billing best practices. This accounts receivable/billing solution must use domain-specific knowledge of environmental laboratory billing standards, medical billing standards and technology, including Medicare and Medicaid practices and be capable of third party billing.
