Laboratory Operations and Support
This posting by the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for LABORATORY OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT, HHM402-14-R-0077. This is a full and open competition. Please review the RFP in its entirety and submit proposals accordingly. Separately attached is the Pricing Model (excel spreadsheet for Attachment 1 of the RFP). Please use this spreadsheet to input proposed pricing for the ordering periods and submit with the pricing proposal. Additionally, the Past Performance Questionnaire is also provided as a separate attachment.
A site visit will be held on 25 June 2014. Please see RFP for details.
* All questions are due via email to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than (NLT) 12:00 (Noon) CT on Monday, 09 July 2014. Answers will be provided as an amendment to this RFP via FEDBIZOPS on or about 21 July 2014, unless the Government deems more time is necessary to answer questions. All questions or concerns shall be addressed to the Contracting Office only. Any attempt to contact the program office relative to this requirement will be grounds for disqualification.
* Proposals shall be submitted NLT than 10:00am CT on Monday, 04 August 2014, in accordance with the RFP Instructions to Offerors (ITO).
