The State of NH is planning to replace its existing Laboratory Information Tracking System (LITS) with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The State is releasing this RFP to procure a vendor to document and analyze business, functional and technical requirements, and to construct an RFP document, and to assist in the selection of a vendor to implement the new LIMS system. This requirements analysis and documentation ending an RFP will be considered Phase 1. Once it is completed and the RFP Posted, the Public Health Laboratory will issue a Statement of Work (based on acceptable vendor performance in Phase 1) for Vendor selection support for a LIMS Vendor to include production of demonstration script, expert consultation and vendor selection tools (Phase 2). The contract for Phase 1 may be amended, with Governor and Executive Council approval, to include Phase 2 based upon the contractor response to the statement of work and the rate structure in the basic contract. The Public Health Laboratories is in the Division of Public Health Services (DPHS), which is one of the several Divisions within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
