Laboratory Auditing
The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) gives public notice that it is requesting proposals from interested, qualified persons or firms for "Laboratory Auditing". Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 5601-08-01 are available at http://www.deq.louisiana.gov; by clicking on "Divisions"; and "Contracts & Grants". They may also be obtained by e-mailing [email protected] in the LDEQ Contracts and Grants Division. It is not intended that a pre-proposal conference be held. Any and all questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the LDEQ Contracts and Grants Division. Questions and answers will be posted at www.deq.louisiana.gov; by clicking on "Divisions"; and "Contracts & Grants".
Proposals shall be sent to the LDEQ, Contracts and Grants Division, Post Office Box 4303, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-4303, ATTN: Laura McDonald, or delivered to LDEQ at 602 North Fifth Street, 9th Floor, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Proposals must be received not later than 3:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, March 12, 2008, (closing date) after which time and date they will not be accepted.
Proposals will be evaluated according to criteria defined in the RFP, and all proposers will be notified by mail of any contract awarded after such evaluation within thirty (30) days of the closing date.
