Labor Relations Consulting Services
The County intends to issue a two (2) year contract with option to renew for additional terms to the vendor or vendors selected as the most responsible bidders, whose proposals meet the County’s requirements in accordance with this RFP.
The County has approximately eight thousand (8,000) employees.
There are thirty-eight (38) bargaining units represented by thirteen (13) labor organizations, which are major stakeholders in the County.
