Lab Casework
Lab Casework contractors expressing interest in the above referenced project shall have a minimum of 10 years’ experience performing similar type laboratory building construction projects in a tight, urban, academic environment. The contractor shall demonstrate past experience involving furnishing and installing Lab Casework Systems in high end Lab and Research buildings. The contractor shall have the required verifiable experience for at least five past projects of a similar nature being satisfactorily completed on schedule. The contractor should have past experience in coordinating the Lab Casework with heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components as well coordinating the installation of the casework with all associated trades.
