L-3 Communications Telemetry-West Systems
THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Government anticipates awarding this requirement on a Limitation of Sources basis via GSA Schedule GS-03F-5087C. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for System 550 telemetry processing system (550-BASIC-SYS/550 Basic System Support Plan), software updates, hardware module repairs and upgrades, and hardware/software technical support. The Government anticipates awarding this requirement on a sole-source basis to L-3 Communications Telemetry-West, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The period of performance for this effort will be May 1, 2014 - April 30, 2015. The destination of this procurement will be Patuxent River, MD. Responses will only be accepted by GSA Schedule holders. Response(s) to this notice may be made via e-mail or on company letterhead: include company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and this notice number. All responses must be received by 28 May 2014, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses may be e-mailed to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on any responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no written responses are received, a contract may be issued without further notice.
