LS-Dyna Consolidated License Purchase
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armaments Center has a requirement for one 30 JOBS unlimited core LS-Dyna license, and one 35 Core LS-Dyna license. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Livermore Software Technology Corporation, 7374 Las Positas Rd. Livermore, CA 94551-5110.
The authority being utilized for the proposed effort is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c).
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 511210 and the small business size standard is $38.5 Million.
