DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and insurance to construct approximately 3,000 gross square feet of Laboratory and support spaces. The Laboratory will support analytical procedures to complement the field-based citrus research programs. The one-story building will be constructed with a monolithic concrete footing/slab system with the slab serving as the finished floor; wood framed walls structure with engineered roof framing members; standing seam metal roof with cement plaster exterior wall finish.
