LQP Bituminous Overlay
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for placing a 4 inch bituminous overlay on the service road located at the Lac Qui Parle Project Office in Watson, MN
This project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to prepare surface by shaping and compacting, and placing a 4 inch bituminous asphalt overlay on a service road measuring 23 feet wide by 155 feet long. Asphalt will butt up to existing parking lot and concrete apron. Road shall be sloped for runoff.
