  The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to:

 (1) Extend the proposal due date to Monday, January 28, 2019, by 4:30pm, EST.  Those who submitted proposals, need not resubmit.  If you decide to resubmit, inform the Contracting Officer of your decision.


 (2) Post the attendance log from the site visits held 11/27/2018 and 12/12/2018. 


 (3) Post questions and answers submitted through January 11, 2019
