LOGAN RIVER GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT
The City is soliciting proposals from professional architectural firms to design improvements, develop construction specifications, prepare bidding documents, and provide construction oversight for the Logan River Golf Course Clubhouse improvements. The existing facility houses a pro shop, restrooms, open-air observation deck, a concession stand on the main level, and storage for 72 golf carts on the lower level. Proposals will be accepted at Logan City Hall, 290 North 100 West, Logan UT 84321, until 5:00 p.m., April 28, 2010. The City of Logan reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, to reject non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals, and to accept the proposal which in the City's judgment best serves the interests of the community.
